Developers plan multifamily, mixed-use project in Mooresville

MOORESVILLE, N.C. — A real estate firm based in the Charlotte area is partnering with an out-of-state group to develop a mixed-use project in the region.

Huntersville’s Elevation Real Estate Group is working with Indiana-based Great Lakes Capital to develop Granger Village — a multifamily, mixed-use project in Mooresville. The project, which will be developed on an 18.6-acre site, will be centered around a 204-unit apartment complex. It will also include two commercial parcels that can accommodate 15,500 square feet of space.
