CHARLOTTE — A Charlotte developer has filed plans with the city to build a 300-foot tower immediately outside of uptown.
Tribek Properties has submitted a rezoning petition to allow an 890,000-square-foot tower at 101 S. Kings Drive, which currently contains a 26,000-square-foot office building.
The proposed tower could include a mixture of uses, including commercial, residential and hotel space, according to the petition.
