INDIAN LAND, S.C. — A local developer working on a major project in Charlotte appears to be planning another in the region.
On Tuesday, the Lancaster County Planning Commission will consider a rezoning application, master development plan and development agreement for The Exchange at Indian Land.
The 130-acre mixed-use project is being proposed by Crosland Southeast, commission documents show. The development agreement states that the project would include up to 710 residential units and as much as 70,000 square feet of commercial space.
The proposed project site is located at 8918 Charlotte Highway, about three miles south of Red Ventures’ headquarters.
