Developer gearing up for phase two of townhouse project in West End

CHARLOTTE — A Charlotte developer has purchased property for the second phase of its townhome development in Historic West End, with construction expected to start in the coming months.

Greenway Townhomes is being developed by Beauxwright and built by Dan Ryan Builders. Beauxwright acquired the 5.23 acres for phase two on Sept. 30, paying more than $4 million for the three parcels.

The first townhomes in phase one will be move-in ready by the end of the year, according to the developer.
