LANCASTER COUNTY, S.C. — The newest element of CrossRidge Center, the 190-acre, mixed-use development in Indian Land, has officially been unveiled.
State and local leaders, led by S.C. Gov. Henry McMaster, cut the ribbon this week for CrossRidge One, a 120,000-square-foot speculative office building.
The building is one of the key pieces of CrossRidge Center, as local leaders hope it can attract a corporate headquarters.
CrossRidge CEO David Cerullo said the next phase of development at CrossRidge Center would begin construction by the end of the year.
That phase will feature around 57,000 square feet of retail space.
