CONCORD, N.C. — Concord police are re-examining a decade-old missing persons case.
Detectives released an age-progression drawing Wednesday of Pamela Callahan, who disappeared in 2006.
Investigators said someone set her apartment on fire, but she was never found.
Her family is also offering a $10,000 reward.
