LANCASTER, S.C. — Deputies are investigating after two people were injured in a drive-by shooting in Lancaster County early Saturday morning.
The shooting happened around 4 a.m. just outside Lancaster on Highway 200 north, off the Highway 9 bypass.
The Lancaster County Sheriff's Office told Channel 9's South Carolina bureau reporter Greg Suskin someone fired a gun from one car into another car, hitting two people.
Officials said when deputies arrived at the scene, they found the car with the victims still inside.

They were rushed to the hospital, but their conditions are unknown at this time.
Deputies have not said what led to the shooting and no arrests have been made.
