YORK COUNTY, S.C. — The York County Sheriff’s Office said a missing 9-year-old York County girl was found safe on Tuesday.
Skylar Govan was last seen around midnight near her home on McConnells Highway in Rock Hill. Her grandmother reported her missing around 2:30 a.m.

It was around 10:30 a.m. that deputies said she was found safe.
