LINCOLN COUNTY, N.C. — Officials said an 18-year-old Lincoln County woman who was reported missing is back with her family.
The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered woman early Saturday morning.

Breanna Frady who was last seen at North Lincoln High School Friday afternoon was found safe near a Food Lion in Denver Saturday morning.
Officials said they believed she was in danger because she suffers from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
