CHARLOTTE — Back-to-school time can be exciting, but also stressful and expensive. There are ways you can cut those costs.
Channel 9′s Elsa Gillis has some suggestions on ways to save as kids get ready to head back to class.
Gillis said she visited a handful of thrift stores in our area where you can find much of what you need to ensure your student feels confident, as well as prepared for the school year.
