ROCK HILL, S.C. — South Carolina allowed dine-in services but with limited capacity available Monday at restaurants.
The owner of 2020 Tavern in Fort Mill said he didn't have to open indoor seating, because he has a large patio, which seats close to 200 people.
Other restaurants in South Carolina did open their dining rooms.
Dining-in was a nice change of pace for Tom Dallas, of Rock Hill.

“Someone serves you instead of you serve yourself,” Dallas said.
Servers, such as Theresa Harris at Rock Hill Diner said she is happy to be back bustling at the restaurant.
“It feels great to get out the house,” Harris said.

She said she texted her regulars to make sure they knew they could eat inside.
“All of our regulars have been excited,” Harris said.
Part of the restrictions for indoor dining means that only half the restaurant can be filled.
Employees at the Rock Hill Diner said they were slammed all day.
Some places said they were still only doing take out to see what happens.
