ALBEMARLE, N.C. — Officials restored power to many Duke Energy customers throughout Albemarle.
Duke officials said it took several to resolve the city’s widespread power outage.
City crews worked to reroute power from existing substations and bypass the problem.
Officials say they don’t know how many customers were without power or what may have caused the outage.
