LANCASTER COUNTY, S.C. — A person died in a car crash Wednesday evening in Lancaster County, according to the Highway Patrol.
State troopers are investigating the wreck between a tractor-trailer and a car on Highway 521 near Heath Springs.

The driver of the car was not wearing a seatbelt and died at the scene, troopers said. Troopers also said two juveniles in the car were taken to the hospital.
The victim's name has not been released.
Investigators said the driver of the car drove into the back of the tractor-trailer which was backing up into a private driveway.
No other information has been provided.
