HUNTERSVILLE N.C. — Power was restored for thousands of Duke Energy customers early Sunday morning after a traffic collision caused massive power outages along the Statesville Road corridor in Huntersville, officials say.
The collision occurred around 9:30 p.m., according to the Huntersville Police Department.
According to officials, the outage started on Verhoeff Drive and went through Stumptown Road.
