Detective Sean Suiter was also named. He died last year but after his death, he was accused of having teamed up with Jenkins to commit crimes.
Monroe teenager Phylicia Barnes vanished while visiting family in Baltimore eight years ago.
Her body was found months later.
Her father, Russell Barnes, took the stand Tuesday and said he searched for his daughter for days.
