MONROE, N.C. — A team led by two real estate firms, one from North Carolina and the other from South Carolina, has broken ground on a new apartment development in the region.
Myrtle Beach, South Carolina-based Savs Group and Charlotte-based Ram Realty have partnered to develop Arka Heights Luxury Apartments, a 210-unit complex in Monroe. The developers broke ground last Saturday on the project, which is located at an 11-acre site at 4610 Old Charlotte Highway.
