CONCORD, N.C. — This Concord retail development will invest $4 million on its final two buildings.
Christenbury Corners intends to start construction on two multi-tenant buildings that will add 11,350 square feet to the project. They will be located on a 2.2-acre outparcel at the shopping complex.
Three tenants have already nabbed space there. The goal is for breakfast concept First Watch, Aspen Dental and Brownlee Jewelers to open by the end of the year.
Just one 2,600-square-foot space remains available to lease.
“We envision it to be a restaurant. That will be the last space in Christenbury Corners,” says Darrell Palasciano.
