Concord Police have new plan to help with holiday traffic

CONCORD, N.C. — It was a nightmare for holiday shoppers last year when people got stuck in traffic for hours outside Concord Mills.

This year, Concord Police have come up with a plan to make traffic better. It starts this weekend and will last every Saturday through December.
