CONCORD, N.C. — Concord firefighters used a pulley system to save a deer trapped in a stormwater drain Friday.
Fire officials told Channel 9 that the doe appeared to crawl through a culvert and then got stuck.
Crews used their technical rescue training to save the doe, which had only minor cuts and injuries.
