CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The building that houses the headquarters for an Office Depot Inc. subsidiary in Indian Land has a new owner following a $39 million deal.
The 150,000-square-foot building that’s home to CompuCom Systems is now owned by Virginia-based Capital Square 1031. The Keith Corp. and MPV Properties sold the structure, which is located in Bailes Ridge Corporate Park in Lancaster County.
Louis Rogers, founder and CEO of Capital Square 1031, calls the building and 19.4-acre site well-suited for high returns for its investors.
“This exceptional digital campus checked all the boxes for a quality net-leased investment,” he says.
