A group said a local coffee shop discriminated against a Muslim employee, ignored sexual harassment complaints and then forced him to resign.
A Muslim civil rights group filed the complaints against S&D coffee.

It claims workers called the employee names and a supervisor sexually assaulted him.
When he complained about it, the company allegedly forced him to resign.
S&D statement:
"S&D Coffee is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
"Our policies prohibit all forms of discrimination and harassment, and we value our diversity. At this time, we have not received a formal complaint and are not aware of the person in reference.
"The wellbeing of our employees is our highest priority, therefore, we are taking this matter very seriously and looking into it further."
