A Piper PA 31 aircraft left an Andrews airport just before 11 a.m. Thursday and has been missing for two days.

Air Traffic Control officials said they received a call for an in-flight emergency about 45 minutes after takeoff, but officials said they lost contact with the pilot about 110 miles off the coast of Charleston.
