CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A fire was reported Wednesday in the hallway at Phillip O. Berry Academy, according to officials with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools.
The fire was in the hallway around 2:10 p.m. The students were evacuated and the fire was put out quickly. The incident delayed dismissal from the academy.
The fire department is investigating the cause of the fire. No injuries were reported.
