CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte-Mecklenburg police are looking for the gunman who shot a man around 2 a.m. Friday near the AvidXchange Music Factory.

Police said the victim was sitting inside his car in a parking lot when the shooting occurred.
He was taken to the hospital and is expected to be OK.
Channel 9 was on the scene as police collected evidence and spoke with witnesses.
No arrests have been made.
