CHARLOTTE — The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is investigating two separate hit-and-run incidents.
The first incident occurred around 7 a.m. on Jan. 8.
Police said a victim was seriously hurt after being hit by a car while in the crosswalk on Selwyn Avenue.
The second incident occurred just before 6 p.m. on Nov. 30.
Police said this victim was also seriously hurt after being hit by a car on East Arrowood Road.
These cases are not connected, according to police.
