CHARLOTTE — Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said no charges will be filed in connection to a deadly November shooting after it was ruled as justified.
Officers responded to a domestic violence call just before 6 p.m. on Nov. 27 along Sadler Road near Dixie River Road.
Police found 58-year-old Samuel Sherrod Gregory who had been shot inside the home. MEDIC pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
On Thursday, police said the shooting was ruled justified and no charges will be filed.
