CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police charged Khenti Asaru El in the shooting death of a man in east Charlotte Wednesday night.
Officers told Channel 9 that De'Angelo Dumas was shot on Finchley Drive near Eastgate and Sugar Creek just after 10 p.m.
Police have not yet said what led up to the shooting.
