CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police made an arrest after a 23-year-old man was found unresponsive by his grandmother and pronounced dead by paramedics Sunday morning in north Charlotte.
Kavona Alexus McLean, 26, is charged with murder, police said.

Detectives said Justin Miller was found shortly after 9 a.m. in a home on Farlow Road in the University City area. Police said Miller's death is a homicide.
Neighbors Channel 9 spoke with described the scene.
"The ambulance was taking the gurney up to the house and then all of a sudden here comes police and they start blocking off the street and putting yellow tape around that particular house," said Rob Newman.
