CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department is asking for your votes as it competes to be named USA TODAY's winner of the law enforcement lip sync challenge.
In July, CMPD released a video of officers and staff getting down to "Can't Stop the Feeling" by Justin Timberlake.
The friendly lip sync competition has been heating up on social media among law enforcement agencies across the country.
USA TODAY is now trying to figure out which department did it best.
The newspaper has narrowed it down to four videos from four different regions of the country. CMPD made the cut for the East Coast.
Voting for round one ends Friday, Aug. 31 at noon. You can place your vote here.
