CMPD finds parent of child who was found unaccompanied in northwest Charlotte

CHARLOTTE — Police have located the parents of a child found unaccompanied in west Charlotte in northwest Charlotte.

A 3- to 4-year-old child was found by a citizen along Brooktree Drive around 10 a.m. on Saturday. The child was walking from the direction of Toddville Road, wearing a white T-shirt and Pull-Ups.

Around 6:30 p.m. Saturday, CMPD said the child’s parents were found.
