CMPD ask for help identifying suspected couple in jewelry store theft

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying a man and a woman who police believe are responsible for a larceny in south Charlotte Friday.

At approximately 6:30 p.m., the couple entered the Finks Jewelry Store, located off Sharon Road.

The couple are accused of taking a Breitling watch, valued at $11,900, from the business and leaving without paying for the item.
