CLEMSON, S.C. — A lawsuit has been filed months after a floor collapsed at an off campus apartment complex near Clemson University.
According to The State newspaper, one student is suing the property owners, the fraternity who hosted the private party, and the student who rented the clubhouse.
Thirty students were injured when the floor fell through the ceiling of the building.
An investigation done by a third party organzation found the clubhouse was structurally sound and the collapse was caused by the large crowd jumping up and down.
