CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte City Council voted Tuesday unanimously in favor of plans to add a hotel, office and retail space in the SouthPark area.
Developers want to replace Colony Apartments on Sharon Road between Morrison Boulevard and Colony Road.
They would build nearly 1,000 new apartment or condo units.
