CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte City Council is expected to discuss plans to rezone land for the city's second Topgolf location at Monday evening's meeting.
Topgolf designers have submitted a rezoning petition to the city of Charlotte.
The plan is to build a 14-acre golfing venue off University City Boulevard in north Charlotte.
The company pulled plans for a location on Mallard Creek Church Road after slave graves were discovered there.

Residents asked the company to not build the new Topgolf location there.
