CHARLOTTE — Petty Thieves Brewing Co. wasn’t going to let a pandemic stand in the way of its debut.
The North End brewery opened recently at 413 Dalton Ave. after two-plus years in the making.

“We didn’t really have a choice other than to open,” says Ted Rosenau. “You try to plan for everything, but you can’t plan for a pandemic.”
He and Greg Calabria own a majority stake in that brewery; they’ve invested roughly $900,000 to make that venture a reality.
