CHARLOTTE — A city of Charlotte analysis found that new duplexes and triplexes are likely to be built in the wedge, following the passing of the city’s 2040 Plan.
The 2040 Plan allows duplexes, triplexes and in some cases quadruplexes to be built in single-family zoning.
