CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte’s first indoor skydiving facility should open by the end of March.
Texas-based iFly says construction on its 5,300-square-foot building — its first in North Carolina — is nearing completion. Employees are in training and working to raise awareness about iFly’s offerings out in the community, says Kati McCallister, general manager.

“There’s always so many first-time flyers,” she says.
Expect that facility to cater to those with a passion for skydiving as well as those seeking adventure.
