The restaurant’s menu will highlight flavors and traditions from the western Mediterranean region, offering dishes inspired by the coasts and fields of Spain, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, France and Italy. The menu will be built around small plates, shareable entrees, cocktails and wine reflective of the culinary traditions and culture found along those six coastlines.
Jon Dressler, owner of Rare Roots, signed a lease at The Line last spring. Chapter 6 will mark Dressler’s sixth restaurant in the Charlotte region.
