CHARLOTTE, N.C. — On Monday Charlotte's City Council will discuss the controversial plan to eliminate trash services from certain residents.
The budget committee meeting will be held at 1:30 p.m.
The proposal would eliminate trash pick-up for all complexes that have more than four units.
City staff members say it would save nearly $4 million.
