CHARLOTTE — Citizens of Charlotte can stop dialing 311 and download the new CLT+ app to have a faster and easier experience accessing city services.
The free app allows residents to place requests directly to city staff in a specific department, helping residents avoid long wait times.

Residents are able to connect with many different city services including paying their water bill, scheduling a bulk waste pickup, reporting a broken traffic light, requesting sidewalk construction and even reporting a lost pet.
Another feature of the app allows for feedback on city transportation and the ability to check on current service requests.
