An uptown pizzeria has slung its last pie.

Brixx Wood Fired Pizza’s uptown location on East Sixth Street closed on Sunday.

The concept has been part of the uptown dining scene for 22 years — including 20 years at its home at 225 E. Sixth St., at the base of the 7th Street Station parking deck.
