Last month, Charlotte FC outplayed the Revolution at Bank of America Stadium to net the club’s first victory in its history. The 3-1 win included two goals from forward Karol Swiderski and a score by midfielder Ben Bender.
Beating the Revolution gave Charlotte FC a bit of a spark. The club has won two of its three matches since the result on March 19.
Saturday’s match was the start of a four-contest road trip that will also include fixtures in Greenville, South Carolina; Denver, Colorado; and Orlando, Florida.
