Charlotte Area Transit System changing bus routes

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Starting Monday, the Charlotte Area Transit system is changing certain bus routes.

For the Beatties Ford route, all trips to Northlake Mall will serve Trinity Road.

Service along Feldbank Drive is canceled.

Stops near Walmart on the 11 North Tryon Street route are being moved.

Weekday service to Prosperity Creek via 22 North Graham Street will run hourly.

In addition, a new southbound trip is being added from University of North Carolina - Charlotte to the South Park area on weekday mornings.
