Goodwill and Charlotte Works are two organizations that are helping the unemployed find jobs.
Anna London, chief operating officer for Charlotte Works, told Channel 9 reporter Gina Esposito that more than 44,000 people used their career services from July 2019 to June 2020, which is doubled from last year’s numbers. She says they’re on track for a similar situation in 2021.
