CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Sabor Latin Street Grill’s uptown restaurant is set to open Monday.
Expect that location to serve as a flagship for the Charlotte-based brand, says Dalton Espaillat, chief executive of Raydal Hospitality.

“We want to be a national brand and position ourselves in the center of the city so we can be properly exposed,” he says.
Sabor has snagged a prime spot at 300 N. College St. — part of the Northside Station, a hub for bar and restaurant tenants.
The fast-casual restaurant concept offers authentic Latin street food. More traditional fare such as tacos, burritos, nachos and quesadillas help draw in customers.
