HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — This fast-casual restaurant will open in Huntersville’s Birkdale Village next month.
Expect B.Good to dish up its twist on fast food with homemade and wholesome versions. That means all-natural, house-ground burgers, hand-cut fries as well as seasonal salads and veggies.
The 2,631-square-foot restaurant is slated to open Nov. 1.
“We’re excited about that location,” says Chris Fuqua, chief executive.
It marks the fourth location in the area for B.Good — but the brand is far from done here, he says.
Fuqua spoke with the Charlotte Business Journal recently about the brand and further plans for the Charlotte market.
