If so, then you are in luck this spring with Carowinds new ride Fury 325.
COASTER CAM: Fury 325 test ride
Carowinds is named in the Top 5 Greatest Amusement Parks for Adrenaline Junkies in North America by Theme Park Tourist.
Theme Park Tourist is an online review of theme parks across the country. They also provide the latest news, park guides and in-depth features on theme parks.
It lists Carowinds in the Top 5 non-Disney/Universal parks along with Canada's Wonderland; Kings Island in Cincinnati; Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio and Six Flags Magic Mountain in Valencia, California.
The online review lists Carowinds 14 roller coasters including the Intimidator, which pays tribute to NASCAR legend Dale Earnhardt as one of the main reasons for the high ranking.
It says the Intimidator will lose its status as the best coaster in the park when Fury 325 opens in a couple weeks.
Fur 325 will become the tallest giga-coaster in the world and stands 325 feet tall with an 81 degree initial drop and reaches speeds of 95 mph.
Fury 325 is part of a planned $50 million multi-year expansion at the Charlotte amusement park.
