CALDWELL COUNTY, N.C. — A teenager in Caldwell County is locked up under a $250,000 bond after being accused of shooting a man near Lenoir.
Police charged Makhi Dula, 19, with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.
When they got to the home on Roy Dula Place, they say someone had already taken the victim to the hospital.
Deputies said they are not releasing a motive behind the shooting, but said the two men had been in an ongoing dispute.
