CABARRUS COUNTY, N.C. — Officials with Cabarrus County Schools announced that the district will operate on a 2-hour delay on Tuesday.
According to officials, because of standing water in several areas across the county and the potential for black ice Tuesday morning, there will be a 2-hour delay for students and staff.
