GASTONIA, N.C. — Factory cut backs at the height of the pandemic are impacting businesses in our area.
A Gastonia pool builder said he saw a boom from people who wanted backyard get a ways, but factories creating supplies fell behind during the pandemic and aren’t able to catch up.
He said it has forced delays.

“Once it’s gone, it’s gone,” said Brandon Dockery, business owner of Dockery’s Pools and Patios.
